Tailored healthcare for every chapter of your life
For more than 35 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to delivering comprehensive, compassionate, healthcare to the families of Mount Barker and the Plantagenet region. Our talented practitioners work closely with the neighbouring Plantagenet Hospital to provide personalised, high-quality support to anyone in need — from GPs and allied health appointments to chronic disease management and beyond. Far more than timely service and integrated treatment, we embrace patient education and a preventative approach to healthcare. This general practice is AGPAL accredited – what does this mean?
Being accredited means our general practice is committed to maintaining high standards of care through a comprehensive program. This includes regularly reviewing our systems and processes as a whole practice team, welcoming independent surveyors to assess how our practice operates, and meeting the nationally recognised Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) Standards, which focus on healthcare quality and patient safety.
As a member of the community, you may be surprised to learn that general practice accreditation is a voluntary process. This means not all practices undertake regular independent on-site assessments.
