Clinipath Pathology offers a comprehensive suite of on-site pathology lab services, ensuring you receive timely and accurate diagnostic testing without having to leave the comfort of Plantagenet Medical. Open from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Clinipath’s skilled staff specialise in collecting blood samples and other necessary specimens with the utmost professionalism and care. You can collect your results at our medical centre or have them sent directly to your Plantagenet Medical GP in preparation for your next consultation. If you find it difficult to get into our centre, you may be eligible for a home visit to have your pathology test. Clinipath Pathology handles a variety of diagnostic tests, including blood tests, urine tests, and other specimen collections essential for comprehensive health assessments.
Do I need an appointment for your pathology lab services?
No appointment is needed for standard tests. Clinipath’s services are available on a first-come, first-served basis during operating hours. You just need to have been referred by your GP.
How quickly will I receive my test results?
Results are typically available within a few days for standard tests, while more specialised tests may take longer to process.
Are your pathology lab services bulk billed?
If you have a referral from your doctor, most of Clinipath’s services will be bulk billed. Some tests are not covered by Medicare, and incur a private fee, and this will be explained to you prior to test collection.
