Our Billing Policy
We are a private billing practice with the exception of patients who meet the following criteria:
- All kids under the age of 16 years
- Concession holders
- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Workers Compensation claims where liability has been accepted
Payment in full is required on the day of your consultation. To ensure any eligible rebates or concessions can be applied, please bring your current Medicare card and, if applicable, a Health Care Card and/or Commonwealth Seniors Health Card.
Payment can be made via cash, EFTPOS or cheque.
Late Cancellations and Non-Attendance
A fee may apply if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
