Physiotherapist – Shayne Guest

Shayne is an accredited physiotherapist with over 2 years experience helping people recovery from injuries, reduce pain and increase strength. Shayne’s expertise is treating conditions of the upper limb including neck/shoulder, elbow/wrist and hand. Shayne’s approach is to diagnose and treat the injury with a plan for future injury prevention. When he’s not in clinic you can find Shayne out exploring on his mountain bike or in the ocean.

Physiotherapist – Claudia Maldonado

Claudia has over 2 years experience across sports, hospitals and private practice bringing a range of broad skills to VitalStep. Her areas of interest: running injuries, post-operative and women’s health in particular healthy ageing. Her approach is to identify the root cause and build a plan to avoid re-injury. Claudia enjoys working with children of all ages. On the weekend you might find her at the markets or out for a run.
